Team Assistant (m/f/d)
FRÜTEC is an internationally operating family-owned company supplying technical spare parts to commercial vessels worldwide – from passenger and cargo ships to the offshore industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Team Assistant (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date, either full-time or part-time.

Your Tasks
You will support the departments Purchasing & Sales, Warehouse & Logistics and Financial Accounting, helping to connect these areas and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
After your onboarding, it is important to us that you coordinate your area of responsibility independently and take ownership of structuring and organizing your daily tasks.
Possible areas of tasks include:

Preparing quotations

Entering and processing orders

Renegotiating prices with suppliers

Handling customer complaints
-
Assigning customs tariff numbers

Preparing material declarations
-
Picking incoming goods
-
Preparing shipments for dispatch
-
Processing export declarations
-
Supporting the financial accounting team

Your Profile
A self-reliant and accurate working style, strong organizational skills, and good English skills will help you handle daily challenges successfully. Confident use of software tools enables you to complete tasks efficiently and reliably.
