Accountant

FRÜTEC – technical supply GmbH is an internationally operating company based in 22869 Schenefeld, Germany. We supply passenger ships, container vessels, and oil platforms around the world with all kinds of technical spare parts.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a committed and responsible individual to join us as a Accountant or Office Administrator with solid accounting knowledge (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for the complete day-to-day financial accounting – including accounts payable and receivable. You will post bank transactions and account statements, handle project-related cost entries, and ensure a reliable and accurate bookkeeping process through regular account reconciliations.

You will also:

- Prepare outgoing invoices and credit notes

- Assist with monthly and annual financial statements

- Handle timely submission of Intrastat declarations

Your Profile

Ideally, you bring experience in accounting, feel confident working with numbers, and have good command of both German and English. You are responsible, eager to learn, and work with precision and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification round off your profile.
