Team Assistant

FRÜTEC – technical supply GmbH is an internationally operating company based in 22869 Schenefeld, Germany. We supply passenger ships, container vessels, and oil platforms around the world with all kinds of technical spare parts.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a committed and responsible individual to join us as our Team Assistant (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

You will support our team in day-to-day operations. Your tasks will include:

• Preparing quotations

• Entering and processing orders

• Negotiating prices with suppliers

• Handling customer complaints

• Assigning customs tariff numbers

• Preparing material declarations

We are flexible when it comes to defining and developing this role, and we encourage you to actively shape your area of responsibility.

Your Profile

A self-reliant and accurate working style, strong organizational skills and good English knowledge will help you handle the daily challenges. Confident use of software enables you to complete tasks efficiently and reliably.

All further skills and knowledge can be taught during your onboarding period.
